The problem
Why hands-on programs stall
Running a hands-on program means building content, hosting environments, fielding requests, governing budget, staffing trainers, and proving impact. Each is a discipline of its own, usually spread across teams that have other day jobs. That is why workshops slip, budgets leak, and reporting arrives too late to matter. Managed Lab Services puts all of it on one platform, with one team, under one SLA.
We run the whole operation
end to end
One platform, one team, one SLA. Here is what moves to us.
Content & lab development
Our content team builds and maintains your catalog: your product, your courseware, or ours, with 3,000+ ready labs. Authoring, automation, testing, and a refresh every release.
Hosting & fulfillment
Environments provisioned, monitored, cost-optimized, and torn down. Idle detection and budget caps mean no surprise cloud bills, and cloud spend passes through at your negotiated rates.
Request intake & ticketing
Your field raises event and lab requests in a branded portal. Our ops team triages, schedules, and fulfills against agreed SLAs.
Event delivery
Branded registration pages, invitations, session scheduling, day-of support, and the labs themselves, whether virtual, in-person, or hybrid.
Trainer, proctor & SME staffing
Certified trainers and subject-matter experts nominated, assigned, and managed through our instructor network.
Reporting & proof of execution
Attendance, completions, scores, surveys, and per-event proof of execution your finance and sponsor teams can audit.
The governance engine
Program & Budget Management
The engine under every managed program. Central teams set up portfolios, catalogs, and sponsored budgets; field teams raise requests against them; approvers route, approve, or reject with full audit history; utilization is tracked dollar by dollar, request by request. When the quarter closes, proof of execution rolls straight into invoicing and sponsor reporting, with no spreadsheet reconciliation.

Field requests, central control
Your teams ask; your approvers govern; our ops team fulfills.

You see everything
Real-time dashboards plus quarterly business reviews with utilization, outcomes, and recommendations.
Self-Service or Managed
Run it yourself, or hand us the keys
Both are the full platform on an annual contract. The difference is how much your team runs and how much we do.

How it's priced
Priced to your program
Managed programs are quoted to scope on an annual contract: a program fee covers the platform, your dedicated team, and governance setup; delivery components are billed per event or per seat, depending on the motion; and cloud consumption passes through at your rates, or burns down through Azure and AWS Marketplace commitments.
Start small. Many programs begin with a single funded pilot event.
