Two parts, billed independently against actual usage. Platform fee: $6 per active user / month (CloudLabs-managed subscription) or $12 per active user / month (Bring Your Own Subscription). Cloud cost: pass-through at your actual Azure / AWS / GCP / Oracle compute, storage, and network rates — no markup. Only users who actually launch a lab VM count toward the platform fee.

VM Labs is the focused product for educators and trainers — virtual machines, browser delivery, LTI integration, idle detection, multi-cloud. The CloudLabs Platform adds the Validation Center, the five experiences (Hands-on Labs, Lab-Based Assessments, Courses, Events & Immersion Workshops, Hackathons), white-labelled portals, and end-to-end events. The Platform is sold as an annual contract, custom-quoted to scope.

Because it depends on what you're using it for. Audience volume, which experiences you'll run, support tier, and managed vs self-service all change the number. We quote per scope so you only pay for what you'll actually use.

Self-Service: you get the full platform (Lab Builder, catalog, events module, portals) and your team runs content and operations. Managed: our team runs the program end to end (content development, hosting, request intake and budget governance, event delivery with trainers, and per-event reporting) under a dedicated SLA. Quoted to scope on an annual contract: a program fee (platform, dedicated team, and governance setup), delivery components per event or per seat, and cloud consumption passed through at your rates, or purchased through Azure and AWS Marketplace against your committed spend. Most programs start with a single funded pilot event.

Yes. Portfolios, catalogs, approval chains, and sponsored-budget streams are configured to mirror your governance. Field teams raise requests; your approvers control them; utilization and proof of execution are tracked per event for finance.

Yes — CloudLabs is on Microsoft Marketplace (Platform and VM Labs are separate listings) and on AWS Marketplace. Marketplace purchases burn down your existing Microsoft or AWS consumption commitment.

Yes — those are Professional Services, scoped per engagement. Includes lab and scenario onboarding, automation development, content authoring, custom integrations, plus trainer / proctor / SME support for live events. Quoted by the CloudLabs team based on what you need.

Per event, quoted to scope — there's no fixed per-event price. It depends on audience size, number of event days, lab and scenario content, and whether you need trainers, proctors, or SMEs on the day. Tell us the shape of your event and we'll scope it. Managed Event delivery is also available within a Platform Managed Service contract.
